Within the consultation the you will be asked to fill in a PAR`Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionaire).
 
This is nothing to be worried about. It's about your background history on your health and fitness so that Ollie can have a more clear understanding on how your fitness programme or personal training sessions will be tailored for more accurate results and client comfort.
