It's about your background history on your health and fitness so that Ollie can have a more clear understanding on how your fitness programme or personal training sessions will be tailored for more accurate results and client comfort. Where can the consultations take place?
Anywhere that is most comfortable for you. Just take into account Physical assesments will have to be done in a more private venue with space (any Free Consultation promotions will have to be negotiated on location).
Once you have had your consultation a report will be e-mailed to you with recommendations related to your goals.
