Bootcamp is now taken the new Name of Group Personal Training. This is so that we can specialise a lot more with the structure of the sessions and give better individual feedback providing better results.

All is going well on the documentary. Well apart from the extreme cold!! Training sessions have been done in -14 degree temperatures, but when you put your mind to it you can train and achieve anything without putting barriers in the way! Ollie.

From November 2010 Ollie has been selected as the only PT from Wales to be a Trainer for a Reality TV Documentary involving other top PT`s from across the UK.

 

This will be filmed over the duration of 12 months and then shown in October 2011.

 

Cardiff Half Marathon October 2010...

 

Congratulations to my clients Gemma, Caroline, Lizzie and Sarah for completing their first Half Marathon. Though all running separately they all managed to complete the distance within 4 minutes of each other.
